The casting process is performed with minimal movement to honor the individual, ensuring that their dignity is preserved at all times. To further personalise the experience, we offer the family to share a choice of music that their loved one enjoyed. This is played softly during the appointment to create a calming, meaningful atmosphere that reflects their loved one’s preferences and adds an extra layer of sentiment to the experience. In some cases, family members may prefer not to be present during the casting process. If this is the case, we are happy to visit your loved one alone, carrying out the appointment with the same care and respect. We will keep you updated at every stage, starting with our planned time of arrival, followed by asking for your preference on which hand you would like cast. Once the casting is complete, we will message you as soon as we return to the studio to let you know how the appointment went.
