Lumilo Casting Studio is based in Dundee, Scotland, and specialises in creating beautiful life castings of the human body.
Each casting is unique, as is the reason behind it. From little baby toes, to those first moments as husband and wife. From birthday and life celebrations, to those final moments with a loved one, and even after passing, Lumilo Casting Studio can preserve these moments in stone.
The owner, Lucy is a mother of 4, who is very passionate about life casting and likes to treasure every moment with her family. She has a Bachelors Degree in Computer Arts, a background in Art & Design, and since becoming a parent she has found her calling in life casting. Lucy is committed to improving her skills and learning from other artists. She trained with Edinburgh Casting Studio in 2017, Nottingham Body Cast in 2022, and Ken Clarke’s School of Lifecasting in 2023.
Since 2021, after being approached on social media, Lucy has offered 5 day Pro Training Courses to beginners and experienced life casters. She has gained worldwide following on social media and is highly ranked in the life casting community. By the end of 2023 Lucy will have taught close to 50 aspiring and established lifecasters from all over the world.
As well as teaching, Lucy runs a fully booked casting studio and offers memorial and end of life services around the UK.
